The 365-night trial
Sleep on your mattress for at least 30 nights so your body can adjust. After that, you can return it any time within the first year.
How to start a return
Contact support with your order number. We schedule a free pickup and issue the refund as soon as the item is collected.
Refund timing
Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of pickup.
Pillows and bedding
Unused pillows and bedding can be returned within 60 days. Opened pillows are covered by the 30-night comfort guarantee.
