What's covered
Visible indentations deeper than 0.75 in / 1.9 cm, physical flaws in the foam or coil unit, and manufacturing defects in the cover.
What's not covered
Normal softening, damage from an unsupportive base, stains, burns and comfort preference changes.
How to claim
Send us your order number and photos of the issue. Approved claims are repaired or replaced at no cost to you.
Transferability
The warranty covers the original purchaser and stays valid as long as the mattress is used on an appropriate foundation.
